This waterfront residence built by Rui Construction overlooks Narragansett bay on Colonel John Gardner Road in Bonnet Shores.
The new home features three levels including a large master suite with a turret in the East corner for phenomenal views of the sunrise over Bonnet Shores. Nicholas Paolucci, of MASS Architect designed the plans and elevations using the client’s napkin sketch for inspiration and later worked with JVL Structural Consultants to provide the framing and foundation plans for building permit. Renderings were developed by Inna Maksymiuk.
