This existing two-family row house in the South End historic district was restored to its glory days in this project. Complete renovations were made to the interior, converting it to a single family home, while the rear of the house extended out with a modern cantilevered addition. Also added was a roof deck on the back for fantastic views of the Prudential Center and John Hancock Building.
Baker Bridge Restoration
Lincoln, Mass.
This project featured a new kitchen, master bath, and open concept living & dining room. New skylights drew light in for a dramatic affect in each new space. A shed was also added to the property which would mimic features of the main house.
Spring Grove Residence
Andover, Mass.
This project included a new garage wing with master suite above, new front entry foyer addition with kids' bedrooms on second floor, a new kitchen, finished basement and compete home remodel.

Winthrop Shore Residence
Winthrop, Mass.
An existing old two-family dwelling was converted into 2 new luxurious condo units across the street from the beach. The second floor was completely rebuilt for additional square footage and cathedral ceilings. Both units feature an open concept kitchen/living/dining area and outdoor space with a view of the ocean.
