MASS Architect worked with Kenwood Builders to complete this massive gut rehab & addition project changing a 2-family to single family just down the street from the historic birthplace of JFK in Brookline, Mass. Nicholas Paolucci collaborated with Sashya Thind Fernandes of ID8 Design Studio on the initial layout and then developed construction documents for building permits. 3D Renderings were developed by Inna Maksymiuk and JLV Structural Consultants provided the stamped structural drawings for construction.
