Northeast Venture Group hired MASS Architect to develop design drawings for this large gambrel style house on
a tight lot for resale. The home was sold before framing began solely based on the 3d renderings and design drawings
provided by Nicholas Paolucci. MASS Architect was also responsible for construction documents and worked again with
JLV structural consultants to provide the permit drawings. Nicholas Paolucci verified the floor area ratio after completion
to confirm the home was compliant with zoning. Paolucci shot the space with a Canon EOS-90D and Matterport 3D
camera to capture a virtual walkthrough and stunning final images.
