Nicholas Paolucci was hired by Nash Development to produce a full set of design and construction
drawings for permitting this custom home starting from a rough concept sketch. MASS Architect hired JLV
Structural Consultants and worked with National Lumber to ensure the framing was built to plan. Renderings
were developed by Charles Sonder. This was the second custom home created with Nash Development. A
third home in Wayland is currently under construction.
