Nicholas Paolucci, CEO of MASS Architect LLC, is NCARB certified, privately insured, and professionally licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. His architectural practice offers an array of services including drafting, design, 3D rendering, and construction documentation with a special focus on residential work. Nicholas is LEED accredited and integrates green building concepts, innovative materials, and energy saving principles into each project to reduce the impact on the environment.
As sole proprietor, Nicholas is personally responsible for all client communication, drafting, and project oversight from start to finish. He prides himself on offering his clients a personalized experience throughout the architectural process. He listens attentively and works closely with each client on residential additions, renovations, and custom homes to ensure the design meets their needs and exceeds expectations. Nicholas also offers affordable rates and a rapid turnaround time. Furthermore, he takes a design-build approach with a network of trusted contractors, developers, and custom home builders to ensure a seamless construction process for his clients.
Jared received his BArch Professional Degree of Architecture and MCP Masters of Community Planning from Auburn University. He honed his architectural skills while working at Cordtsen Design Architecture in Newport Rhode Island, learning the complex art of building science, designing timeless New England style architecture, and managing client and builder relationships. Working on projects that range from high end custom residential, restaurants, hotels, retail spaces, and even modern convenience stores, Jared has taken a holistic approach to design. His experience working collaboratively with clients, builders, and municipalities to ensure an efficient and exciting design process, positions him to be a full service asset to MASS Architect. From initial space planning to construction administration, Jared has the experience and drive to make a way for your project to be a success. In his free time, Jared enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, and serving in his local church.

Joe received a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a Structures concentration from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. His professional engineering experience began while working at LeBrasseur Engineering in Newton Centre, MA. While there, he gained experience in the design of residential wood framed construction. Joe then went on to pursue his passion for building design, working for Camera O'Neal consulting engineers in Portsmouth,RI., where he developed experience in the design of office, institutional, residential structures, and historical rehabilitation. Joe moved on to open his own structural consulting firm JLV Structural Consultants specializing in residential design and drafting. In addition to engineering experience, Joe has a practical understanding of construction, developed while working at his fathers framing company (Custom-Tek Framing) throughout high school and college. In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and boating.
