MASS Architect designed this new custom home for the owner of TIG Realty which will sit on a sloping site overlooking Narragansett Bay facing Newport. The master plan also includes converting an existing boat house into a new guest house with access to the pool. Construction is expected to begin Fall 2021 by Top Notch Contracting once the site plan is completed. Renderings were developed by Inna Maksymiuk.

This new custom home is currently wrapping up construction documents and interior design and on its way to construction later this year with Tru Design Build. Only a few minutes away in Milton, this will be a fun one to see get underway.

Working on a tight timeline, MASS Architect prepared design and permit drawings in order to receive a construction loan and town approval in time for the spring building season.

MASS Architect will team up with Tru Design-Build again to bring this waterfront home design to life. The proposed two-story house is currently seeking zoning board approval and planning to begin construction later this year.
